Seven platinum award winners emerge at CiD Realtors’ Awards Night

PETALING JAYA (March 28): Seven real estate negotiators (RENs) took home the platinum awards at CiD Realtors Awards Night held recently. Three of the agents were from the Sunway branch, two RENs were from KL TREC (headquarter), and one each were from the Kota Damansara and Klang branches.

“Our platinum award winners are income earners of more than RM500,000,” highlighted CiD Realtors founding director and chief executive officer Low Tung.

He also added that more than 120 awards were given out on that night, including awards for residential, commercial, industrial, and land deals of the year, as well as awards for negotiators of the relevant sectors of the year.

With a Hawaiian beach-style theme to celebrate the agency’s and its agents’ achievements, Low stated that CiD Realtors continues to stay on top of the game by maintaining updated data and software to support RENs in their job scopes, and providing rigorous training and coaching to successfully adapt to market trends and changes.

He also emphasised that the agency encourages its agents to be high achievers by highlighting the importance of putting action into their daily activities.

“After training and coaching, execution becomes the most critical aspect for all high achievers, who actively apply knowledge and skills daily to attain success in real estate,” Low told EdgeProp.my.

For 2024, Low said the agency is committed to educating the market end-users, and boosting success for real estate professionals.

“Expect a significant market impact from CiD’s changes in the second half of the year,” he said.
