EXAL Group launches SÓL Estate show village

• The completed show unit is the first in Sarawak to obtain full GreenRE certification.

KUALA LUMPUR (March 27): EXAL Group officially unveiled its new show village for the SÓL Estate residential development. The event dubbed A Blossoming SÓL took place on Feb 17 at SÓL Estate itself on Jalan Batu Kawa in Kuching. The date also coincided with EXAL’s Chinese New Year celebrations.

SÓL Estate is 31-acre development represents EXAL Group’s first foray into the Malaysian market. EXAL Group is based in Australia.

The show village comprises two show units: the double-storey duplex and double-storey courtyard home, both open for public viewing as EXAL prepares for its Phase 2 bookings for potential home buyers. The completed show unit is the first in Sarawak to obtain full GreenRE certification.

The 300 visitors to the event had the opportunity to celebrate the SÓL Estate lifestyle in the show village, with the outdoor community areas filled with the community mingling and getting to know one another, as well as lion dances.

SÓL Estate offers a blend of modern and functional living, with contemporary interior styling and a seamless integration of indoor and outdoor spaces. Phase 1’s courtyard homes are already fully sold, with only 4 units of duplex homes remaining — and the upcoming Phase 2 will be the only phase left in which to acquire courtyard homes.

The variety of amenities — ranging from an orchard forest to a street basketball court to a  hilly play yard for children and much more — is designed to cater to the diverse needs of residents of all ages, promoting health, leisure, and a sense of community connectivity.
