SEMENYIH (May 15): Eco World Development Group Bhd has handed the first landed home series at Eco Majestic township in Semenyih, Selangor yesterday, on May 14.

Known as the Cradleton Precinct, it is the group’s first completed stratified landed development in Klang Valley. The precinct consists of 612 units of Straits era-inspired two-storey terraced homes with colonial style architecture. These homes are Unifi-ready and the first 300 residents to move in will receive a free Unifi subscription for 12 months.

“We are extremely excited and delighted to welcome the first residents to Eco Majestic, our flagship township in the Klang Valley. We are thrilled to showcase the environment and landscape of Eco Majestic as it is a testament of our promise to deliver unmatched product and service quality in all our developments,” said Eco World president and CEO Datuk Chang Khim Wah.

About 12.37 acres of the approximately 50-acre Cradleton Precinct are dedicated to greenery including pathways that consists of a 2.3km bicycle route. There will also be a dedicated central park and linear park, which come with outdoor facilities suitable for all generations such as a fitness station, playing lawn, outdoor living room and a specially customised carousal children playground.

“We take pride in ensuring all our projects are masterfully planned and meticulously designed. All our efforts are paid off when we see the happy smiles of our purchasers who have finally received keys to their dream home. Our team of trained and dedicated staff are ever ready to ensure a smooth transition for the residents when they move in,” added Chang.

The group’s main customer service initiative is the EcoWorld Residence Club (EWRC) – a one-stop service centre that provides property care services and common area support services. EWRC is set up to provide home-support services for all residences developed by Eco World and is entrusted with the responsibility of managing and maintaining Eco World developments.

Some of the value-added services offered include pre-move-in cleaning, professional movers, broadband application, paid TV application and gas delivery.

“We place great emphasis on the whole process of purchasing a property from Eco World. Experience is key, which is why we ensure that every customer is attended to with our warm Eco World hospitality, from pre-sales to post sales,” Chang explained.

During the handing-over event, residents and guests were treated to a lion dance and other activities such as cycling, photo booth, giant bubble and caricature drawings with performances by a live band.

Guests also visited the new Harmoni Apartments show unit and the show houses for its latest collection, the Stoneridge Precinct, comprising cluster homes, semi-dees and bungalows.

With a gross development value of RM11.15 billion, Eco Majestic’s first launch of the Cradleton Precinct was in May 2014. Since then, bungalow lots, cluster homes and semi-dees have been introduced.

In the vicinity of Eco Majestic is the Eco Forest development, a freehold 492.7-acre mixed-township located next to Broga Hills. It is set to cement the group’s leadership position in the growing south-eastern Semenyih corridor. Eco Forest’s maiden launch, which is scheduled sometime this quarter, will see the launch of double-storey terraces and garden homes with prices from around RM500,000.
