Jadite Suites

KAJANG (July 25): Gamuda Land’s serviced apartment project Jadite Suites in Kajang has achieved a Construction Quality Assessment System (CONQUAS) score of 82.8 out of 100 under the residential high-rise building category.

Jadite Suites is located within the Jade Hills residential enclave. Three out of four blocks of Jadite Suites, which offer panoramic views of lush greenery and lakes, have been fully sold. The final block is now open for sale.

The final Block D was launched in 2014. Selling prices range from RM541,800 to RM740,000.

Jadite Suites is an exclusive low-density development that offers 366 units with seven different designs. The built-ups range from 1,206 sq ft to 1,464 sq ft.

Jadite Suites’ facilities include a swimming pool, wading pool, changing rooms, sauna and steam bath, Jacuzzi, playground, cafeteria, convenience and laundry shop, barbeque area, basketball court, par-course and gymnasium, yoga and aerobics room, herb garden and a fragrance garden, and a reflexology area.

The developer said Jadite Suites achieved the highest CONQUAS score for contruction quality and workmanship in Malaysia.

“The quality of our projects is a key priority and our focus is on doing things right. Since the adoption of CONQUAS in 2003, we have put in place even more stringent quality measures and requirements, and require our contractors, consultants and suppliers to adhere to these standards,” said Gamuda Land managing director Chow Chee Wah.

Introduced in 1989, CONQUAS is administered by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) of Singapore. It is widely recognised and accepted internationally as a benchmarking tool for quality.

“Jadite Suites adhered to the CONQUAS assessment requirement for quality workmanship and has been rated as the highest scorer for high-rise residential buildings in Malaysia,” said BCA international project director (quality and certification) Tan Boon Kee.

Gamuda Land’s other developments that have achieved high CONQUAS scores include Madge Mansions, which was awarded top marks for the residential high-rise building category in 2012, and Bandar Botanic which has achieved high marks in the landed property category since 2012.
