AFFIN Home Step Fast/i sees good traction

Wong told EdgeProp that the bank’s mortgage solution product, AFFIN Home Step Fast/i, has gained a very good traction.

“We started the programme only for tier-1 developers, and offered it to those with loan ticket sizes of RM500,000 and above. But after we opened it up to the rest, we saw very good traction., and they have been pushing it very hard to the customers out there,” she said.

On the Affinita programme, a financial solution platform curated for women homebuyers, Wong said it is opening its market space under the SME Colony app where there are over 100 tie-up merchants offering discounts and vouchers to help reduce women’s daily expenses.

“This way, women can save up to 40% on their monthly home payments via Home Step Fast while enjoying perks from our e-commerce platform. Our goal is to empower more women through these initiatives, potentially making a significant impact,” she explained.
