PETALING JAYA (Nov 30): EdgeProp recently recorded its congratulations to Tan Chin Tai, 46, for unlocking his homeownership goal as a START member. Tan purchased a unit at The Atera by Paramount Property in Petaling Jaya, a featured project in START, followed by another property at KL Wellness City Medical Suite at Bukit Jalil under a joint ownership with his wife.
