Savanna Executive Suites in Southville City to be handed over from September

PETALING JAYA (May 25): Mah Sing Group Bhd will be delivering the vacant possession of Savanna Executive Suites in Southville City, Bangi, Selangor, commencing September this year.

The developer held a topping-up ceremony for Savanna Executive Suites today to symbolise the completion of the development’s structure. The eight blocks of serviced apartments are at 95% completion with external painting works in progress.

Savanna Executive Suites is part of the first phase of Southville City. The development comprises eight 28- and 30-storey towers housing a total of 3,192 units. The units come in three built-up sizes — 956 sq ft, 960 sq ft and 1,017 sq ft — with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each unit comes with two car-park bays. The project has been 98% taken up.

The first phase also comprises Savanna Lifestyle Shops, offering 208 double-storey shop units with built-ups from 2,643 sq ft.

Also being prepared for handing over soon are Avens Residence (Phase 2) and Boulevard Shops (Phase 3), which are scheduled for vacant possession in June and September, respectively.

Avens Residence comprises 112 units of two-and-a-half-storey link homes and 84 three-storey link homes, which are almost sold out.

Boulevard Shops comprises four blocks of 28 three-storey shoplots with built-ups from 4,407 sq ft. It has been fully completed and adopts a build-then-sell concept.

Meanwhile, the direct interchange from Southville City into the KL-Seremban Highway is currently 50% completed and on track to be ready by December this year, said Mah Sing group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum.

“Southville City is one of the few projects in the area with a direct interchange into the KL-Seremban Highway. Once it is completed, you will see Southville City truly come to life,” he added.

Southville City is a freehold development with a gross development value of RM11.1 billion. The township spans 428 acres, and half of the land will be green and open spaces. The entire development is scheduled to be fully completed in the next 10 years and expected to accommodate a community of almost 69,000 people.
