Isola @ KLCC

KUALA LUMPUR (April 25): O&C Resources Bhd (OCR) has unveiled luxury serviced residence Isola @ KLCC with the opening of the project sales gallery and show unit last weekend.

Isola @ KLCC is a freehold serviced apartment project located at Jalan Yap Kwan Seng. It has a gross development value of RM240 million.

“Isola @ KLCC will have all the distinctive hallmarks of an OCR development including modern living, great location, superb connectivity and access to a wide-range of amenities nearby. This complements the unique selling points that we will be incorporating into the project to appeal to our target customer base of local and international purchasers,” said OCR managing director Billy Ong Kah Hoe in a statement yesterday.

The project consists of 140 units housed over four blocks. Unit built-up sizes range from 636 sq ft to 3,390 sq ft. Among the project’s facitilies is a business centre, residents lounge, sky pool, indoor gym, party suite and automated car parking system.

“A key element of the property would be the efficient automated car parking system designed by architectural firm Unit One Design that reflects the project’s space-saving design inspiration and architecture. The automated system transports cars to and from the parking bays,” Ong said.

Isola @ KLCC is accessible via major highways and roads such as Jalan Tun Razak, Jalan Sultan Ismail, SMART Highway, Penchala Link Highway, SPRINT Highway, Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE) and Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH) Highway.
