Beverly Heights is a high-end housing development in Ampang, Selangor which comprises luxury contemporary semi-detached and detached houses.

The freehold development by Beverly Heights Development Sdn Bhd was developed over a few phases. It is located in the vicinity of Zoo Negara, Ukay Club and Darul Ehsan Golf Club.

According to Prestige Realty Sdn Bhd sales and leasing manager Chris Lee (who closed the deal) the seller who was moving to another area sold the semi-dee at RM2.4 million, lower than his initial asking price of RM2.8 million.

The previous owner had bought the semi-dee for about RM2.2 million seven years ago.

“He had to accept a low price due to the slow market,” said Lee, who added that the new owner bought the unit for his own stay.

According to data from TheEdgeProperty.com, the landed homes in Beverly Heights recorded an average transacted price of RM2.25 million in the third quarter of 2016 (3Q2016).

The listings on the portal showed that the average asking price for the properties there were about RM3 million.

Meanwhile, the average asking rental stands at RM10,000 per month.
