Overview

Bandar Bukit Raja is situated in the northern part of Klang, Selangor. The township was previously a palm oil plantation site and estate owned by Sime Darby Plantation, before Sime Draby Property launched a township masterplan there in 2002.

The 4,405-acres freehold township consists of commercial, industrial and residential properties with a mix from affordable to high-end housings.

Located between Port Klang and Shah Alam, Bandar Bukit Raja is well-linked to areas in Klang Valley via highways such as New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) and New North Klang Straits Bypass (Shapadu Highway). The upcoming West Coast Expressway (WCE) will further enhance its connectivity upon completion.

For public transportation, the closest station is Teluk Pulai KTM station which is about 8km from the township, while the Klang Sentral Transportation Hub less than 5km away is a bus and taxi terminal as well as a commercial hub.

Amenities and Facilities

Matured townships surrounding Bandar Bukit Raja such as Setia Alam and Taman Klang Utama offer many employment and business opportunities for residents.

Bandar Bukit Raja is just 20 minutes away from Port Klang and about 40 minutes from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). This makes the place an ideal hub for international freight and logistics activities.

There is no short of amenities nearby. Residents are served by convenience stores, police station, fire station, restaurants, schools, petrol stations close to their homes in the neighbourhood. Shopping malls include Setia City Mall, AEON MALL Bukit Raja, Klang Parade and Giant Hypermarket.

For recreation, there are a badminton court, a football field as well as the 125-acre Central Park, which the green lung of the township and is poise to become the largest park in Klang.

Several established institutions of higher learning are located nearby including Tenby International School, Universiti Industri Selangor (UNISEL) and Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM).

There are a number of clinics nearby, while the Columbia Asia Hospital Klang is only a six minutes’ drive away.
