Hi Dato Joey Yap,
I am a fan of yours and I've always referred my bazi from your website. I have a question about my house.
Previously, I was staying at Bangsar South's condos with an uphill environment, which lead me to a nice staying environment, with everything running well. But five years ago, I moved to Kota Kemuning into a landed property with a nice house number, which is number 8. But things seemed to have changed drastically.
Should I move out from my current house or should I stay in the current house but slowly move the obstacles and challenges step by step to make it into a better environment?

Many thanks and regards,
Jessie Tan

I’m sorry to hear that you have been experiencing drastic changes. For me to give accurate advice, I would have to be present at the location to assess the entire surrounding environment. This is because there are several Feng Shui factors that could be influencing your living conditions. What I can tell you is that the house number is definitely the least of your problems. For starters, ensure that the Main Door of your home is receiving sufficient Qi from its surrounding environment. From here, you would be able to see minimal changes and it would be a good start considering your situation. — Datuk Joey Yap
