He was speaking to reporters during a briefing on the project’s third leg of of its worldwide marketing campaign, which is happening in Malaysia.

There are 446 units, with prices starting at A$447,000 (RM1.34 million) for a one-bedroom apartment.

The 42-storey Conservatory will be built on Mackenzie Street.

With a gross development value of A$320 million, the project will comprise apartments and over 300 sq m of signature retail spaces.

“We want to lease out the place. There are a few international F&B and convenience stores we’re looking at. Even if we sell it, we would want to manage it to control the tenant mix,” he said.
