Serene Villas

IPOH (Feb 5): About 60% of the total units at Serene Villas by Sunway City (Ipoh) Sdn Bhd – a Sunway Property unit – were snapped up by interested buyers within the two-day private preview event, said the developer in a recent statement.

Situated in Sunway Ipoh City, Serene Villas has a gross development value (GDV) of RM74.2 million.

It is a gated and guarded community with modern architectural style that comprises 60 units of 2-storey cluster homes and 28 units of 2-storey superlink homes surrounded by a backdrop of verdant landscapes and towering limestone hills that embrace this self-sustainable enclave.

The cluster houses have four bedrooms and four bathrooms with built-up sizes of between 2,406 sq ft and 2,603 sq ft and selling prices starting from RM925,000.

Meanwhile, the superlink house with a built-up size of 2,506 sq ft is priced from RM773,000.

Currently, the construction of the cluster homes is nearing 70% and they are expected to be completed by end-2017.

In conjunction with The Year of the Monkey, customers can own a home at Serene Villas for only RM2,098 a month – paid over 12 months – with no progressive payments to the developer until vacant possession.

This promotion is exclusively for the first eight customers who sign the sale and purchase agreement from the start of the Lunar New Year until the end of March.

Sunway City Ipoh is the largest integrated township in Perak. It spans approximately 1,350 acres and has a GDV of about RM2 billion.

The township development was conceived in 1996 and is driven by Sunway Bhd as the catalyst of growth for the Eastern Development Corridor of Ipoh.
