KUALA LUMPUR (April 15): Property developer Mah Sing Group was honoured with the 2015 Frost & Sullivan Excellence in Growth Building Construction Industry Award at the 2015 Malaysia Excellence Awards banquet held at Mandarin Oriental yesterday.

In a press statement today, Mah Sing chief executive officer Ng Chai Yong said the achievement is attributable to the group’s talented team.

"We are honoured to accept this award from Frost & Sullivan, a leading growth consulting company. This achievement is attributable to my great and talented team at Mah Sing. Further to building quality homes, it is my vision to build premier lifestyles. I am a believer of innovation and creativity," said Ng.

In the same statement, Frost & Sullivan energy and environmental research associate Harpreet Kaur noted that Mah Sing has remained resilient amid the challenging Malaysian property development market with its market-driven strategies.

She noted that Mah Sing’s strategic and well-planned business model and strategies have translated into a strong compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 28% from year 2010–2014.

"Mah Sing has also recorded the highest growth in the property development market in Malaysia with its proven strategy of creating high quality, affordable, and sustainable homes and properties," she said.
