Summer Suites is a leasehold integrated development that features small offices/flexible offices and sits behind Renaissance Hotel Kuala Lumpur. 

It has two 34-storey towers - Tower A with 404 units and Tower B with 475 units.

The project was launched in 2011. Half of the building’s tenants live there as residents, while the other half comprise businesses, especially those involved in interior design and IT, according to the agent.

A partially furnished unit enjoys rents of between RM1,900 and RM2,000 a month, while a fully furnished unit may enjoy rents of between RM2,100 and RM2,400 a month, said the agent.

Units range from 469 to 1,347 sq ft. The launch price starts from RM328,000.

According to data from theedgeproperty.com, based on 64 listings, the average monthly asking rent for 493 sq ft units is RM2,292, or RM4.65 psf.

However, the data did not include rental yield as there were no actual transactions, according to the National Property Information Centre, given that the project was completed in early 2Q2015.
