KUANTAN (Oct 26): Integrated property group TH Properties is showcasing 38 double-storey, semi-detached homes at the Pesisiran Residence project in Bukit Pelindung here, Bernama reported yesterday.

The freehold development by the Lembaga Tabung Haji subsidiary is located on a 6.97-acre site and is set for completion in September next year. It has a gross development value of RM54.25 million.  

The two designs being offered are Type A units priced from RM1,168,900, while Type Bs are priced from RM1,486,400.

Type A measures 40’ x 85’ with a built-up area of 2,717 sg ft, while Type B is 50’ x 85’ with a built-up area of 3,497 sq ft.

TH Properties general manager of Business Development, Marketing and Sales Zaidi Baharudin said prospective homebuyers can view the show unit at an open house on Oct 29, from 10am to 5pm, Bernama reported.

"The units are available on a first-come first-served basis. Zero-entry cost will be offered to purchasers, comprising subsidised legal fees for the sale and purchase agreement, professional fee, stamp duty on transfer fee disbursement and miscellaneous charges.

"A minimum down payment of only RM10,000 is required to be made upon signing the sale and purchase agreement," he said in a statement yesterday, Bernama reported.

TH Properties is an integrated property, project development and asset and facilities management group.

The company’s signature property development is the 5,119-acre Bandar Enstek located near the KL International Airport.

TH Properties has also completed building and infrastructure projects in excess of RM1 billion in value, including the country’s leading commercial development on wakaf land, the 34 storey Menara Bank Islam in the Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur.

It also has overseas projects in Australia, namely Bay Pavilions and Imperial Huntsville in Sydney.
