Eco Sky

PETALING JAYA (Aug 11): Eco World Development Group Bhd (EcoWorld) will be launching Clarita Tower, the third and final residential tower of its Eco Sky development in Kuala Lumpur which has a gross development value (GDV) of RM974 million, said the developer in a statement.

The 9.6-acre freehold integrated commercial development along Jalan Ipoh in Taman Wahyu, Kuala Lumpur has received overwhelming response with two out of its three residential towers, namely Aurora Tower and Basalta Tower, fully taken up since its launch in December 2013, it added.

“Eco Sky embodies the concept of 360º Living that represents our commitment to sustainable development and the creation of a truly holistic offering within a single location. With the successful take up of both Aurora and Basalta, we are confident that the response will be positive for Clarita as well,” said EcoWorld president and CEO Datuk Chang Khim Wah.

The 41-storey Clarita Tower comprises 320 units with seven types of layouts of 2- to 4-bedroom units, and built-up sizes from 936 sq ft. The selling price starts from RM750,000 or RM750 psf.

The final residential tower is expected to be completed by 2018.

Chang noted that the entire development will have a four-tier security system in place.

“We have also implemented excellent internal connectivity and a pedestrian friendly entry to the commercial centre, making it easily accessible for residents,” he added.

Eco Sky consists of three residential towers, 35 retail and office lots as well as a commercial pod.

Chang said approximately 20% of its land area has been reserved for green spaces.

It will contain a 33,000 sq ft community park, a 55,000 sq ft one-of-a-kind landscaped space at the heart of its commercial centre, a private clubhouse, a sky garden and a unique rooftop garden.

Eco Sky is accessible via major highways such as the Duta-Ulu Klang Expressway, Kuala Lumpur Middle Ring Road 2 and New Klang Valley Expressway and is only 15km away from KLCC.

There will be a pedestrian covered walkway to the nearest Taman Wahyu KTM station.
