The Pano

PETALING JAYA (July 23): OCR Land Holdings Sdn Bhd will launch The Pano — a residential and retail development at Jalan Ipoh Batu 3 in Kuala Lumpur, by end-September — said sales and marketing director Emily Ong.

Conceptualised by the developers as a “resort in the city”, The Pano will comprise 363 units of serviced apartments and eight retail units on a 1.82-acre leasehold site, she told City & Country.

The serviced apartments have built-ups ranging from 609 sq ft to 1,800 sq ft, and are priced at an average RM800 psf.

The units include duplexes, dual-key units and units with private gardens, she said.

“Furthermore, the development is not very big compared with nearby projects that have 1,000 units or more. The Pano will comprise only one block with two wings … it is considered a low-density project,” she added.

According to project director Kevin Ong, facilities include a swimming pool, infinity pool, sky gym, sky dining area, sky deck and sky barbecue area.

Meanwhile, OCR Land will keep the retail units — which will have a total space of 10,000 sq ft to 15,000 sq ft — to control the tenant mix, said Emily.

The Pano is accessible via Lebuhraya Sultan Iskandar, Jalan Tun Razak and Jalan Kuching, and it is 300m from the Jalan Ipoh MRT station along the proposed MRT2 route.
