Lakeville Residence

Tan Sri Leong Hoy KumKEPONG (July 18): Property developer Mah Sing Group Bhd’s latest launch of Lakeville Residence saw a 92% booking rate over the weekend, the group announced in a press release.

A total of 110 units out of the 120 from the lowest to the 15th floor have been booked over the weekend, with the remaining units from the 16th to the 41st floor to be opened for booking from today onwards, the group noted.

The latest tower features 327 units with eight types of built ups ranging from 977sq ft to 1,359 sq ft. Priced from RM598,000, it is targeted to be completed by 2020.

“We are very grateful for the support and confidence from our customers which have led to the success of this launch,” said Mah Sing group managing director, Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum (pictured).

“Sentiments have improved due to the decrease of the Overnight Policy Rate (OPR) but the group will continue to be committed towards providing customers with excellent quality products, prompt delivery and flexible services that exceed expectations,” he added.

The development is accessible via main roads such as the Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway, the Middle Ring Road 2 and Jalan Ipoh. It is also close to public transportation and KLCC. There will also be a link road to Kepong which is currently 70% completed, together with the proposed link road to Tesco and an upcoming MRT Line 2 nearby.

The entire 12.38-acre development with a gross development value of RM1.5 billion comprising six residential towers, retail shops and podium shops has achieved RM1.176 billion in sales since its launch in August 2014.
