KUALA LUMPUR (April 22): Iconic Maison Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Iconic Worldwide Bhd, soft-launched Iconic Harmony in Bukit Mertajam, Penang last weekend, according to a press statement on Monday.

“We are excited to launch Iconic Harmony today (Saturday), as this project is the latest addition to our portfolio of innovative lifestyle developments. With a truly extensive array of facilities and amenities, Iconic Harmony has been designed to foster connections and interactions among residents, cultivating a sense of community and belonging. We have put a lot of effort into designing communal areas within Iconic Harmony, including the garden courtyard, children’s playground and gym room,” said Iconic Worldwide chairman Datuk Seri Tan Kean Tet.

“At the same time, Iconic Harmony stands true to what we are known for, such as our focus on quality, prime locations, and value for money. I’m confident that Iconic will establish new benchmarks at this price point, and redefine the concept of ‘affordable luxury’.

With a gross development value of RM300 million, Iconic Harmony is a 36-storey tower comprising residential and commercial components. There are a total of 751 residential units with a built-up of 900 sq ft. The units come with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Selling prices start from RM280,000.

In addition, there are 16 units of double-storey shoplots, selling from RM1.6 million.  All of the shoplots were taken up during the soft launch.

“The high demand for commercial units resulted in a competitive selection process. While we are happy for those who secured a unit, we regret that we were unable to accommodate all inquiries. Once again, we are truly grateful for the overwhelming support given, and we strive to deliver development projects that fulfil diversified needs in the future,” Tan added.

Facilities in the development include infinity pools, a children’s water playground, a half-court basketball court, a jacuzzi and a state-of-the-art gym room.

Iconic Harmony is located at the intersection of Jalan Rozhan and Jalan Alma. Amenities nearby include Bukit Mertajam Hospital, various supermarkets such as AEON Mall and Lotus's Hypermarket, food and beverage outlets, banks, a wet market and schools.
