• They are the first strata-titled landed homes in Sarawak’s capital

KUCHING (April 17): ParkCity Group has announced the launch of its maiden development in the city -- the 45-acre Kenny Heights.

The mixed development is located in Kuching’s affluent Kenny Hill suburb adjacent to Jalan Ong Tiang Swee. The development also features the city’s first strata-titled landed homes, The Mansions.

Also the first phase of the Kenny Heights development, The Mansions is a 10.3-acre ultra-low-density gated and guarded enclave comprising 25 units of double-storey bungalows and 28 units of double-storey semi-detached homes.

The Mansions’ bungalow homes have total gross built-up area starting from 6,564 sq ft while the semi-detached homes start from 4,140 sq ft.

The double-storey bungalow homes are priced from RM5.1 million while the double-storey semi-detached homes cost RM3.1 million onwards.

The Mansions features a linear park, meandering walkways, a flora pavilion, picnic lawns and other shared amenities. Safety and security features include a guard house, 24/7 security patrolling, anti-climb perimeter fencing and CCTVs along the boundary.

Over 80% of the bungalow homes and over 55% of the semi-detached homes have been “snapped up” prior to its official launch at the end of February 2024, stated ParkCity Group in a media release.

“With its park-living concept, the homes’ colonial allure, the area’s rich history, and ParkCity’s commitment to meet homebuyers’ needs, The Mansions @ Kenny Heights is well-positioned to become one of the most desirable addresses in Kuching,” added ParkCity Group.
