KUALA LUMPUR (March 27): OCR Group Bhd has topped out its mixed-development The Mate located in Damansara Jaya, Petaling Jaya with a take-up rate of 80%, according to a press release on Wednesday.

The Mate is a mixed-development project made up of three components, which are residential, co-living and co-working spaces. It occupies 1.01 acres of freehold land and has a gross development value of RM145 million.

“The topping up milestone for The Mate at Damansara Jaya is a significant achievement for OCR. We continue to deliver exceptional projects that exceed expectations, and introduce innovative lifestyle concepts that enhance the city’s urban landscape,” said OCR Group managing director Billy Ong Kah Hoe in a statement.

The Mate features 224 residential units across 21 levels and has a built-up size of between 272 sq ft and 675 sq ft. The selling price starts from RM264,420 and it is scheduled for completion in the second half of 2024.

Catering to urban professionals and families, the development features facilities such as 8,808 sq ft co-working spaces on level 6, fully-equipped gymnasium and electric vehicle charging stations among others.
