KUALA LUMPUR (March 12): Sime Darby Property Bhd has achieved a 100% take-up rate for the first phase of XME Boulevard at the Nilai Impian township in Negeri Sembilan during its official launch on March 2, according to a press statement issued on Tuesday.

XME Boulevard will be developed in two phases. The second phase will be launched at end-March.

With an estimated gross development value of RM54.1 million, XME Boulevard comprises 40 units of two- and three-storey freehold shopoffices. The units have built-ups ranging between 3,080 and 6,649 sq ft with lot sizes ranging from 22ft by 70ft to 32 ft by 70ft. The selling price starts from RM1.38 million and it is expected to be completed by 2027.

“XME Boulevard allows ample opportunities for entrepreneurs around Negeri Sembilan and the Greater Klang Valley to amplify their business footprint in a strategic location with high visibility and easy accessibility to and from major highways. The interest from business owners and retailers indicates that we have hit the right market point with this latest addition to our expanding portfolio,” said Sime Darby Property chief operating officer for township development Appollo Leong.

According to the statement, XME Boulevard will have a pedestrian walkway, ample parking bays, minimalist design facade and column-free design to accommodate for flexibility in open office design.
