Bon Estates celebrates homeowner appreciation night at The Estate

• CEO Chan Jin-wy emphasised Bon Estates' core belief that everyone deserves to live better. He also announced that The Estate is now fully sold and currently boasts a 70% occupancy rate, with an appreciation value exceeding 60%.

KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 13): Bon Estates celebrated “a night of gratitude and camaraderie” with homeowners at their flagship project, The Estate South Bangsar, on Saturday (Sept 9).

The evening's programme included “a spectacle of entertainment, featuring mesmerising light shows and a spectacular pyrotechnic display. Homeowners were treated to a sumptuous spread of canapés and a live BBQ station,” stated Bon Estates in a media release.

A custom-baked, three-foot-diameter mooncake “symbolising unity and solidarity” was also presented to the homeowners.  

Also present were “esteemed brand partners” Porsche Malaysia and Remy Martin while special appearances by Asia's Top 50 bartender, David Hans, and renowned music DJs Terrence C and Daaliyah livened up the event.

Pets of The Estate's community were not forgotten as a grooming truck was specially arranged to offer “pampering sessions”.

Group CEO Goh Soo Sing expressed “his elation” at witnessing his vision for The Estate come to fruition. He noted the heart-warming stories of friendships that have blossomed among neighbours, underlining the development of a vibrant and sustainable community.
