KUALA LUMPUR (May 30): Hong Kong-based property developer CK Asset Holdings Ltd will be launching luxury apartment Powerhouse in Chelsea Waterfront for the Malaysian market through a sales and exhibition event at Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur, from June 10 to 11, 2023.

Previously, CK Asset held a sales and exhibition event for Powerhouse in Hong Kong in October 2022. The developer did not disclose the take-up rate and the gross development value of Powerhouse.

With 260 units, Powerhouse offers layouts ranging from one bedroom to four bedrooms with built-ups from 638 sq ft to 1,883 sq ft. It is slated for completion by the third quarter of this year. The project will feature facilities such as 24-hour concierge services from general house management to individual booking requests, a health and fitness centre that includes a luxurious spa, a fully equipped gym and a 20-metre swimming pool.

Units at Chelsea Waterfront, inclusive of Powerhouse, will have an indicative starting price of £1.05 million (RM5.99 million).

Powerhouse features two glass façade towers, one with 37 storeys and the other, 25 storeys. The development has three riverside residential addresses next to a garden. It offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars, and a clubhouse with a wellness centre. It is designed by internationally renowned architect Sir Terry Farrell.

Nearby amenities include wide options for the finest dining, shopping and cultural attractions as well as educational institutions such as Thomas’s Battersea and Godolphin and Latymer School.

In terms of accessibility, Chelsea Waterfront is in close proximity to key locations like High Street Kensington, Oxford Circus and Victoria within a 15- to 18-minute train ride, an eight- to 11-minute drive to important hubs like Sloane Square and Knightsbridge and within walking distance to Imperial Wharf Station and Fulham Broadway Station.

CK Asset was established in 2015. Besides property development, CK Asset also delves into investment properties, hotels and serviced suites, pub operations as well as infrastructure and utility asset operations.
