SHAH ALAM (Jan 18): S P Setia is rewarding homebuyers with up to RM28,888 worth of gifts up for grabs when purchasing selected properties this Lunar New Year. A free Touch N Go enhanced card and RFID card will also be given away when purchasing an S P Setia property from Jan 1 to March 31, while stocks last.

Also to share prosperity during this festive season, the first 38 purchasers will receive a free lion dance blessing.

An upcycling drive, inspired by the storyline of “Threads of Joy”, will be organised to reduce, reuse and recycle pre-loved belongings. Used fabrics or clothes contributed by the staff will be given new life and transformed into new items such as bags and accessories.

It is with this in mind that S P Setia has also produced a “heart-warming” Chinese New Year video themed “Threads of Joy”.

Meanwhile, metaphysicist Dato’ Anthony Cheng will be sharing his tips at his feng shui talks to be held at Setia International Centre in Kuala Lumpur on Feb 4 at 2 pm to 4 pm, as well as at TRIO Sales Galleria in Klang on Feb 12 at 3 pm to 5 pm.

The public is welcome to join the open house activities happening at selected S P Setia sales galleries in the Klang Valley, Penang and Johor from Jan 27 to Feb 11.
