ARA DAMANSARA (July 4): Sime Darby Property Bhd has registered a 100% take-up rate for Phase 1 of its Elmina Green Six flexi-linked homes in the City of Elmina, Shah Alam.

Elmina Green Six features 22ft by 80ft linked homes with built-ups ranging from 2,170 to 2,675 sq ft. Priced from RM962,888, Phase 1 comprises 116 units of Type 1 homes featuring four spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The homes also come with a 12ft backyard garden.

In a statement today, Sime Darby Property’s chief marketing and sales officer Datuk Lai Shu Wei said the Elmina Green Six homes encapsulate the inspiration and wholesome
essence of the township.

“Elmina Green Six is the third generation of the township’s Signature Series featuring multi- generational homes that offer greater balance between flexibility, space, and
comfort.

"Homebuyers will appreciate the generous lot size which provides residents with the best of indoor and outdoor living in one functional yet practical layout,” Lai said.

The Elmina Green Six homes boast modern vernacular aesthetics with rustic brick veneer cladding, contrasting facade elements and pitched roofs.

Each unit comes fitted with laminated timber flooring, premium sanitary wares, stone wool roof insulation and is complete with City of Elmina’s signature FittingsPlus+ that includes metal security grilles, built-in air-conditioning piping, water booster pump and more.

Residents will also get to enjoy three serene parks with 18 amenities within the Elmina Green Six neighbourhood.

Upcoming additions include the Elmina Lakeside Mall, Urban Park and Forest Park, which will be due for completion soon.

Meanwhile, Phase 2 of Elmina Green Six, which offers Type 2 homes with 4+1 bedrooms and five bathrooms will be unveiled tentatively at the end of this month, according to Sime Darby Property.

The City of Elmina is a 6,500-acre wellness-oriented township located along the Guthrie Corridor in Shah Alam. It is accessible via the Guthrie Corridor Expressway, New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), Kuala Lumpur-Kuala Selangor Expressway (LATAR) and the upcoming Damansara-Shah Alam Highway (DASH).
