SINGAPORE (July 19): If you’re looking to buy or invest in a new condominium, you may be especially keen on owning a freehold project. However, these could be considerably tougher to come by in prime districts. Thus, we've rounded up four luxe developments for you in the Tanjong Pagar, Orchard, and Novena areas that have just TOP-ed this year in 2017 or are slated for completion soon.

1. Spottiswoode Suites, District 2

The Orchard shopping belt, CBD and Marina Bay area are just a short drive away while several international schools – Overseas Family School (OFS) International School Singapore (ISS) (Elementary and Middle Schools) – are within 1km of the 12-storey development that is slated for a 2017 completion.

Its amenities include swimming, reflective and spa pools, a gym, sky garden, and children’s playground. Novena MRT and United Square mall are just a 5-minute walk away. Many good schools are also in the vicinity including St. Joseph’s Institution Junior less than a 2-minute walk away, Anglo-Chinese Junior School a 5-minute drive away, and Chatsworth International School an 8-minute drive away.
