SEMENYIH (March 11): Eco World Development Group Bhd (EcoWorld) will hand over 612 terraced houses at Cradleton Precinct in Eco Majestic, Semenyih, this April.

According to Eco Majestic divisional general manager Evon Yap, Cradleton Precinct was Eco Majestic's first launch in May 2014, with prices starting from RM588,000.

"We are currently showcasing our newly opened show unit for the Harmoni Apartments and in May 2017, we will preview the Stoneridge Precinct comprising cluster homes, semi-dees and bungalows," she told reporters after the launch of EcoWorld Illuminations Flower Show this evening.

The 62.8-acre Stoneridge Precint will comprise 384 landed units. The cluster homes will have land area sizes from 32ft x 75ft, while the semi-dees will be from 32ft x 85ft onwards and the bungalows from 50ft x 90ft onwards. Prices start from RM1.2 million.

Featuring an array of flowers along with LED lights surrounding the 5.37-acre Swan Lake at Eco Majestic, the EcoWorld Illuminations Flower Show will kick off on March 18 till April 9 on weekends from 10am to 9pm.

Yap hopes that this year's Season's Flower Show will be able to break last year's record. Last year, the flower show attracted more than 200,000 visitors to the township.

"This year's flower show is even bigger and brighter where we have transformed over 100 acres of our township into beautiful and fun spaces for the whole family to enjoy," she added.

The flower show is part of EcoWorld's "My Happy Place" campaign which "affirms the developer's aim to create world-class eco living in all of its developments."

With a gross development value of RM11.145 billion, Eco Majestic is a 1,089-acre, fully gated-and-guarded freehold strata township development.
