UEM Sunrise

PETALING JAYA (Feb 20): Property developer UEM Sunrise Bhd has completed the topping out for its high-rise condominium development, the Residensi22 Mont’Kiara project on Feb 18, and is on track for completion at the end of this year.

The project located along Jalan Kiara 4 in Mont’Kiara, Kuala Lumpur was launched in September 2013 and has to date achieved a take-up rate of 98%. The development comprises 534 units spread over two towers of 39 and 40 storeys and has a gross development value (GDV) of RM971 million.

The units have built-ups ranging from 1,878 sq ft to 3,163 sq ft, with prices starting from RM1.3 million to RM3.2 million.

“We are proud and pleased to reach this stage of development and look forward to the completion by the end of this year before handing over the keys to our purchasers. We hope that the buyers will enjoy the prime living facilities in this project which is nestled comfortably within the cosmopolitan enclave of Mont’Kiara,” said UEM Sunrise managing director and CEO, Anwar Syahrin Abdul Ajib in a statement today.

Among some of the facilities that the residents will be able to enjoy in the development include a dining pavilion, children’s playground, chill out deck, lap pool, half basketball court, multipurpose hall cum badminton courts, tennis court, gymnasium and the sky deck.

It is also easily accessible via multiple major highways such as the North Klang Valley Expressway, SPRINT Expressway, the Penchala Link and the Duta-Ulu Klang Expressway.

The development is situated across Arcoris Mont’Kiara — a future lifestyle hub with a hotel, boutiques, restaurants, cafes and specialty stores of international standards.
