Sime Darby Property launches 'Big 5' promotion

PETALING JAYA (Feb 20): Sime Darby Property is offering first-time homebuyers and loyal customers the opportunity to own their dream homes with its “Big 5” promotion for selected properties located in five Sime Darby Property townships in the Klang Valley and Negeri Sembilan.

Launched on Feb 17 and ending on May 31, the promotion includes discounts ranging from 5% to 10%, upfront PRIME or double PRIME discounts, as well as one-year complimentary Astro subscription package. PRIME is a loyalty and reward programme offered to homebuyers by Sime Darby Property.

Sime Darby Property managing director Datuk Jauhari Hamidi is pleased to introduce the Big 5 promotion to all potential homebuyers and loyal Sime Darby Property customers.

“We believe that when you invest in a property, you should be getting more than just four walls and a ceiling — you should be getting a home, a lifestyle, and exclusive privileges — hence the reason why we incessantly strive to better understand and cater to the needs of our customers via initiatives such as the Big 5 promotion.

“We hope the Big 5 promotion will inspire potential homebuyers to find their ideal Sime Darby Property home that truly reflects who they are,” he said in a statement.

Participating properties in this promotion are East Residence in ALYA Kuala Lumpur, The Veo in KL East, Castilla, Siphonia (pictured) and Siphonia 2 in Chemara Hills, Saujana Impian’s The Brymwood and Villa Safira, as well as Planter’s Haven.

On top of that, potential customers may also opt for Sime Darby Property’s Chinese New Year RM8,888 rebate scheme on the 10% initial payment which ends on Feb 28.

The rebate is applicable for more than 1,500 residential properties in Sime Darby Property’s townships.
