PETALING JAYA (Feb 3): Gamuda Land, the property arm of Gamuda Bhd, is celebrating the Lunar New Year by giving away 2,017 Touch ‘n Go cards that have been preloaded with RM30, starting Feb 2 to 5.

Available only at the Sungai Buloh Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station, the Touch ‘n Go cards are complimentary for Malaysians aged 20 and above. Commuters can look for Gamuda Land’s booth or catch one of its brand ambassadors at the main exit point of the station.

“Festive seasons such as the Lunar New Year provide a good platform for us to go on the ground and interact with the public, spreading some festive cheer while gaining some valuable feedback from them.

“We will also be taking this opportunity to introduce two of our latest developments — Gamuda Gardens and Kundang Estates — which are about a 10-minute drive away from the Sungai Buloh MRT station,” said chief operating officer of Gamuda Land Ngan Chee Meng in a statement today.

Both Gamuda Gardens and Kundang Estates are located at Sungai Buloh North.

Gamuda Gardens is an 810-acre mixed development that is accessible via the KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway, Guthrie and North-South Expressway.

Its master plan includes commercial, business and retail hubs to spur growth of northern Kuala Lumpur. The residential component offers lakeside homes, homes by the park, hilltop villas as well as affordable homes.

Meanwhile, Kundang Estates is an 89-acre boutique residential development offering 573 units of double-storey linked homes with built-ups ranging between 1,773 sq ft and 2,369 sq ft. Launched last year, phase 1 of the development comprising 56 units of double-storey terraced homes has been fully sold.

“The opening of the new Sungai Buloh-Kajang MRT line further enhances connectivity of these developments,” Ngan said.

“Besides, Gamuda Gardens and Kundang Estates, the second phase of the [MRT] line will also link The Robertson, our development in KL city centre, to different parts of KL via the Bukit Bintang MRT station,” he added.

Visitors can celebrate the Lunar New Year festive season at the developer’s open houses on Feb 18 and 19 at Gamuda Gardens Sales Gallery and Kundang Estate Sales Gallery, respectively.
